(NYSE:PNR) recently approved an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend of one cent per share, effective with the quarterly dividend payable in the first quarter of 2009. (NYSE: PNR) today announced that it expects fourth quarter earnings per share from continuing operations (EPS) will be $0.40 to $0.42, on an adjusted basis.
